CALIGARI

Washington, D.C.'s Caligari has been performing together since 1996.  Most often compared to Echo & The Bunnymen, this foursome lets its 80's post-punk and new wave influences shine through in its music.  A hardworking group, Caligari self-released multiple singles and cassette EP's over its six years.  The band most recently released What You Hide on Peach Fuzz Records.  The album has been met with warm reception by critics and area fans, and the group has even performed with some 80's icons including Duran Duran and Modern English.
