FIRST NIGHT ON EARTH

Wes Grasty, the critically acclaimed former member of the band Laburnum, formed First Night on Earth in 2001, in his pursuit of a musical change. Joining him in Charlotte, North Carolina were Stephen Yount (guitar), Chris London (bass), Tina Cargill (vocals/guitar), and Vance Carlisle (drums). The band's sound has been praised and described as dream-pop, emo and indie-rock.
