THE (INTERNATIONAL) NOISE CONSPIRACY The five-member band formed in late 1998 in their hometown of Umea, Sweden. The group shares a passion for 70s punk rock and radical politics. They set out to use their music as an attack against capitalist culture. Their sound is a mix of garage-rock, 60's soul and late 70's punk. Their intellectual political resistance-led lyrics are the motivational force behind the existence of the band. The band began performing around Sweden shortly after forming and soon made a name for themselves as the wildest live act around. They started touring around Europe and even undertook an illegal underground tour of China. Their debut album Survival Sickness received critical acclaim across Europe and the US. They continue to perform live and their latest album, A New Morning, Changing Weather, continues to combine political-based lyrics with exciting garage-rock. DISCOGRAPHY:
