Post-Haste: Self-Titled
[Ionik]

(Scream) One, Two, Three, Four! Ah yes the textbook, punk way, to count down your songs.  (That was for those of you who werent already in the know, and I cannot imagine there are that many of you.)  You could even throw in an Oi! If it pleases you, thats cool.  This is the kind of mindset one should be in when listening to the debut full-length from Post-Haste.

Post-Haste is three guys from Philadelphia (I think).  Their record label is there (or so I am guessing). The bands website was not terribly informative in this respect.  Therefore, they shall remain somewhat of a mystery, which is fine by me.  This record is a poorly executed rehashing of every other pop-punk band out there today, or yesterday, or whenever.  Most of these bands have sucked and gotten by on personality or clever lyrics.  Post-Hastes lead singer is enough to keep you from even finding out if they have clever lyrics. There is not much to be understood in his screaming, tone-deaf (yikes) vocals. This album is not good.  The music is basic, the vocals are ear shredding in a bad, bad way, and the recording itself leaves much to be desired.  The one rad thing these guys have going for them is their flyers. That is, if they are the fellas who designed them... if not, then props to the flyer person.
