Sheryl

Sheryl's music career began somewhere around 1992 with a shift in her brain resulting from life upheavals. With this shift, music starting flowing for her compositional work. The harp, which she plays in her CD was hand-built by her from a set of blueprints.  Sheryl's music has been inspired and influenced by the rich music that she grew up with. Her creations additionally include music with Irish lyrics and songs inspired by a deep sense of connection with the Irish culture, from family heritage and introspection. She motivates herself to new accomplishments from her experience. In 1997, a trip to Ireland and a Coors concert inspired her to learn the violin without any formal lessons. Sheryl plays the keyboard, violin, cello, harp, wind controller and guitar. She is also including new instruments for her 3rd CD, a sequel to Angels in the Myst due out sometime early to mid 2003.  As Sheryl's music career moves forward, she continues to try to expand her music in ways to bring rich beautiful music to the public.  A Left Off The Dial review of Sheryl's Angels in the Myst can be found below.
