WATCH IT BURN Watch it burn formed during the summer of 1996 in the mountains of Truckee, CA, and have relocated twice since. In early 2000 they found themselves in Santa Cruz, CA, only to move four short months later to their current home of San Diego, CA. The bands music has often been compared to that of Jawbreaker and Hot Water Music, but there are several influences that the members bring to the table. Bands such as Samiam, Avail, Crimpshrine, Texas is the Reason, Grade, and Verbal Assault have all had an impact on the songwriting and playing style of Watch it burn.
